Absent:

Mroz, Dana Richter, Marianne Brokaw
The
minutes of the September, 2003 meeting were reviewed.
The minutes were approved.
Terry
Reynolds passed out the October
1, 2003 Treasurer’s report that he prepared. The
total amount in the FVPL accounts is
approximately $11,316.90. The report was
approved. Faith Morrison noted that the
FVPL MTF account balance is $94.57 lower than last month, even though
we did
not move any funds out of it. The amount
must be a MTF fee. We would like to
understand how interest and fees are added to or deducted from the
account. It was suggested that Gail Mroz
could explain to us how interest and fees are calculated and when they
are
posted to the account. Terry Reynolds
reported that we received $521.02 from Econo Foods for the receipts we
submitted.
