Co-Chairman Dana Richter called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM

- Approve Minutes of Nov Annual Meeting
This was approved

- Treasurer’s Report - Terry
This was approved

- Book sale Update - Eloise
Dates were confirmed. There was a request from a student group to change out dates but we were unable to do so. Hours this year are 10 AM to 4:30 PM for the public sale on Friday, April 4th; we kept 5 - 7 PM on Thursday April 3rd for the Friends sale.  We decided to charge $5/bag for the bag sale, and it would be from 3:30 - 4:30 PM.

- Book Cart Update ­ Karen/Patricia
Doing well

- Econo Slips Report - Mary
Still needs to tally what she has - appears to be down from last year. Some of this is probably due to Super Wal Mart taking business from Econo.

- Afghan Committee Report - Don
They are looking at fleece blankets and towels.

- Art Committee Report ­ Phyllis/Patricia
- Kirkish prints - looked beautiful. The Art Committee was authorized to spend $200 from the total amount alloted for art to purchase the frames.
- Patricia was going to contact local artist Phyllis Fredendhall to see what she would propose as a  special work for the library main floor reading room.

- Other Business
- last meeting for Brian Geiger - we gave him a blanket as a farewell gift.
- We will talk about Winter Carnival host chocolate fund raiser at the Jan meeting

Next Meeting: Jan 17, 2008 in order to wait until school starts.
