connected us up with Tau Beta Pi. Tau Beta Pi has
been instrumental in helping us with our book sales.
Also thanks to Udaya

Slips Project.”
“The
most exciting thing that has happened this year is the
current building construction which broke ground in May.
The Friends fund two
archival grant programs. One is a
travel fellowship for Researchers and the other is a local history
grant program. We also fund the rental of
the Library
Popular Collection, the paperback collection, the good books for
undergraduates
program and the on demand acquisitions initiative. Money from our
collection of
Econo slips goes toward computer equipment.
Thanks to Friends
members and supporters, we could not have
done it without you!”
“Fund
raisers last year included our Annual Used Book Sale
which netted more than $2500, the Book Cart made $900.00 and Econo Food receipts brought in $521.00. We added
a new
event this year and provided hot chocolate and cookies at Winter
Carnival and
sold used books, blankets and note cards and brought in $590.00. We
also
continue to sell blankets and note cards.”

Book ‘The
Universe, 365 Days’. We do have books
available for purchase and book signing.
