Keweenaw note cards are available on the Michigan Tech campus in the Department of Social Sciences (contact the department coordinator, or the department chair, Terry Reynolds treynold@mtu.edu on the 2nd floor of the Academic Office Building), from Faith Morrison fmorriso@mtu.edu in 202C of the Chemical Sciences Building, or you may order by phone at (906) 296-0644.

To order by mail, please print out this page, fill in the indicated information, and mail the form along with $13.72 for each set ordered ($12 for the notecards, plus 6% MI sales tax and $1/set for shipping/handling) to the address below. Please make check payable to the Friends of the Van Pelt Library.
