Cinnamon Pecans

These are *very* addictive. They are also gluten-free and
dairy-free
Ingredients:
1 egg white
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cold water
1/2 Cup sugar
1 lb pecan halves
Instructions
1. Beat egg white with water until frothy, not set or stiff
2. Combine sugar, salt, and cinnamon and add to egg whites.
3. Fold in pecans until well coated.
4. Butter/grease/spray pan(s) with sides. Spread
pecans in shallow layer.
5. Bake 1 hour at 225oF, stirring every 15 minutes until
dry. Cool and package.
