Graham Cracker Pie Crust

12 Honey Graham crackers, crushed and rolled to powder
1/2 Cup butter

Mix; pat into a 9" pie pan








Key Lime Pie

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 Cup lime juice (Key lime juice if you can find it; lemon if you don't have lime)
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 Tablespoon sugar

Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a metal bowl.  Slowly (several tablespoons at a time) mix the lime juice into the milk; do not add more until the first bit is incorporated.  Pour the final filling into a Graham cracker crust and refrigerate.  Whip the cream with 1 tablespoon sugar.  Top the pie entirely with the whipped cream.  Serve.  Hint:  don't use whipped cream from a can.
