Graham Cracker Pie Crust

12 Honey Graham crackers, crushed and rolled to powder
1/2 Cup butter

Mix; pat into a 9" pie pan




Sour Cream Cheesecake
(Joy of Cooking from the late 80's)

3 eggs
1 lb Philadelphia cream cheese
2/3 Cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon
2/3 teaspoon salt

Combine these ingredients and pour into a graham cracker crust.  Bake 25 minutes at 375oF; dust with cinnamon

2 Cup sour cream (1 pint)
2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons sugar
2/3 teaspoon vanilla
dash salt

Combine the above and spread on slightly cooled first layer.   Bake 5 minutes at 425oF.  Let cool to room temperature and then refrigerate 6-12 hours
