1 Cup Teriyaki Sauce (see picture)
1 Cup Korean Barbecue Sauce (see picture)
1/2 Cup honey
1/8 Cup soy sauce
1/8 Cup vinegar
1 1/2 Tablespoons lime juice
pepper
2 or 3 Tablespoons Hot Chili Sauce (see picture) or other hot sauce
2 Tablespoons sesame oil (from the Asian foods section of the grocery store)
Combine ingredients and marinate chicken overnight (we prefer
boneless,
skinless thighs). Soak bamboo skewers in water for 1 hour and then
thread
chicken onto skewers. Baste the chicken with the sauce while barbecuing
on a grill until done.
