Rob,
     Here's the work order form for PSA's on WMTU. Interested organizations should fill out the form and leave it in our mailbox or bring it down to the station. It's best to get us the form at least two weeks prior to the event to be announced. Also, I spoke with the Production department and they haven't heard from anyone regarding a PSA for Fright Night.
