First click on the CHANGE button:
Next, click on the text area and insert new values:
Then hit the ENTER key, or click on the APPLY button to accept the new values.

(Note: The ADJUST buttons for each plot will work only one at a time.
Also, the new maximum value is not allowed to be less the current minimum
value, and vice versa.)
Under the PAUSEd mode, a crosshair and its corresponding time-value and y-value will appear on the top of the panel when the cursor enters the top plot:
(Note: A verticle crosshair appears on the bottom plot to help measure time shifts.)
The pair of crosshair will disappear once the RESUME button is clicked.
