| Ms. Linda J. McInally Linda  McInally, was awarded a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan  Technological University in 1979.  While  at Michigan Tech, she served as President of the Conference Board, was active  in the PEP Band, and enjoyed skiing and hiking in the Keeweenaw.   In 1981 she joined the Dow Corning  Corporation in the Process Engineering Department.   She worked on several new initiatives  including developing a Silicon Carbide Fiber Spinning process and a Silicone  Sustained Release Oral Dosage Coating for pharmaceuticals.  Linda held several leadership positions in  Process Engineering, Finance and Manufacturing including the Site Manager for  Dow Corning’s Manufacturing and Business Operations in Seneffe, Belgium.  She was promoted to Supply Chain Director,  Advanced Technologies Business in 2002, Executive Director of Supply Chains,  Specialty Chemicals Business in 2006 and was named Vice President  Manufacturing, Specialty Chemicals Business in 2009.   Linda is currently responsible for 18 of Dow  Corning’s Manufacturing Sites in North and South America, Europe, India and  Asia.  She was inducted into the MTU  Presidential Council of Alumnae in 2008 and currently serves as an Executive  Sponsor for the Mid-Michigan Chapter of SWE.    Linda was born and raised in Michigan, she and her husband Alan, have  been married for 30 years and have two daughters, Hilary Fritsch DDS and Sita  Daavettila. |
